Our Villa sits at the front of a development with a privileged undisturbed view looking out over rural land to the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.The villa is close to unexposed beaches, the Natural Park, the Salt Lakes and the fishing villages of San Pedro and El Pilar.The rural Spanish town of Campoverde is close by with restaurants, shops and a public swimming pool complex.

Position. We are 5 mins drive inland from Pilar De La Horadada which sits on the A37 and N332 coastal roads. We are at the south end of the Costa Blanca.
Reasons to come. The climate -320 days of sunshine - one of the best all year round climates in Spain. Golf -Three golf corses all within a ten min drive. Beaches -blue flag beaches . Mar Menor - Lots of sporting and leisure events - watersports particularly. Campoverde is close by with restaurants, shops, bank, large pool, tennis courts and the Natural Park.
Walking - You can walk the coast on miles of walking paths and the interior has hills and woodland. Exploring/shopping - Lots of towns to explore and villages to enjoy. Part of the Murcia fruit region, so lots of orange/lemon trees. Food -is wonderful. Fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meat and tapas for lunch.
